I NEED HELP

The details

my comp---
Pentium II 450
128ram
3dfx Banshee 16mbMy prob:
When i try to run Q3 it tells me
"GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem" i have the latest drivers, i have used GLsetup to no Avail. I have looked at the Activsion help site and tried everything there

could any1 plz help me, i desparately want to play Q3A. any help will be greatly appreciated and thanx in advance for any help
