All functions. Roger Wilco cannot speak to GameVoice, and vice versa. They're totally different systems.
If you have the freeware GameVoice, the only limitation is the number of users in a channel. Four if there are no base units in the system. Of course, you also don't have the buttons for switching channels, etc.
