A) Unless you can PROVE that it wasn't lag or any other inexplicable thing it probably was not cheating
B) People get very pissed off when they are accused and tend to throw all kinda shit back at you *cough* mkc *cough* ;P
C) If they ARE cheating they'll (UNFORTUNATELY) find some way of making everyone believe they aren't, or just get away with it...
