| when i first got my ISDN connection it kept disconnecting with the msg thats asks u to reconnect, im not talking about a connection that stops responding there's a big diff, and when i phoned and told telscum they told me that it was my ISP, eventually it came to a point where the line didnt even make voice calls properly. then they decide to come over and find out that the wires outside my house were damaged, my tele bill came to about R1100 for those first three months because of reconnecting and R7 call. they did fix it, but what about all those calls i made telling them it wasnt working when they could of just came over then and fixed it, would of saved me alot of money. THIEVES!!! |
