so u still killed ur teammie...
B4 tk was introduced u had guys coming on and tk'ing for fun.. ok .. so they would be kicked after 3 tk's .. that still don't excuse them for it.
As for the accidental tk.. it happens .. so u -2 frags .. (yes 2 not 3 .. 1 for the kill and one for next round that u are out to teach u not to tk)
wot's it intended to do is to make u think b4 just shooting.. if u got an mp5 u run into a position that a teammie won't be able to come in front of u.. u DON'T go and park at the back and shoot .. cause ur teammies will be going past u .. and u will be shooting them...
it's part of the game .. live with it.
