The funny thing is that players are for some reason abstaining when asked to vote the little twit off. In the 6 months I have played CS I have only ever seen 1 person being successfully voted off - tho I've seen many attempts.
So as part of an incentive to create awareness, here is how you go about voting against a player:
press ~ to get to the console
type listplayers to get the badguy's number (ex. 123)
type vote 123
Now if we all just work together on this I'm sure we can get rid of most problem players (and the odd TFC player [j/k]).
